Chimo offers free Counselling and Support Groups for adults, youth, children and families. Our team of professional counsellors is committed to helping people cope with difficult circumstances and work through a wide range of issues.

Chimo Community Services offers children's counselling through the P.E.A.C.E. (Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling, and Empowerment) program for children aged 4 to 18 who have experienced or witnessed violence. Chimo also works closely with other community organizations that provide complimentary resources and is able to guide parents and families to additional areas of assistance. Other services include:

  • Parenting Workshop: How to Handle Your Child's Anger

  • Talks for groups of youth can be arranged
